The UN Global Compact Network Nigeria, in collaboration with IHS Towers, invites you to participate in a Private Sector Dialogue on Environmental Stewardship, themed: “Collaborative Strategies for Greener Business Practices, Innovation & Sustainable Development.”
This event is being organized in the spirit of World Environment Day 2025 to convene key private sector actors around actionable climate and sustainability solutions.

This dialogue will:
- Collate private sector input on priorities for inclusion in Nigeria’s NDC 3.0 and inspire concrete commitments from business leaders to adopt and scale greener practices.
- Promote sustainability across corporate functions and supply chains to support Nigeria’s climate goals and drive innovation in green technologies and business models through digital and infrastructure solutions.
- Tackle barriers to ESG investment and explore ways to de-risk sustainable business projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional dialogue among legal, sustainability, and procurement leaders.
- Increase awareness for large companies to integrate the UN Global Compact’s SPARK programme into their supplier and development programmes.
Target Audience
We encourage participation from Sustainability Managers, Innovation Leads, Senior Legal Heads/General Counsels, Heads of Sustainability or Chief Sustainability Officers, Environmental Officers, Directors of Strategy, Supply Chain Managers, Heads of Procurement or Chief Procurement Officers, and representatives from large companies and SMEs.
